This is a post dedicated to... Bru (ITS HER BIRTHDAY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRU!!)! :D
and some of this post is for Rolfie too, because it's a good occasion for fanart. Their characters are so cool and awesome and they're both such amazing people and they're my role models. and just like, the elder sisters I never had, and they mean so much to me. ;-; and also i can never draw enough of their cuties, there's that too. so ok, here we go:

Mitternacht! :D he's so cute. I had so much fun drawing him, his markings are so cool! And although Bru doesn't draw him much (whhy) he seems like such an adorable energetic character! 

Springer! I hadn't drawn him in agess and he's just stinking adorable. ;-; Also, I imagine him to be this collected logical character (kinda like the brains? idk Bru never specified either. ;-;)

but ye all Bru's characters are super gorgeous hands down! 

ok and i cant resist pink on horse nosies. so cute. 8)

Oh yeah, I'm using refs for these poses because I can only seem to generate one pose from my head nowadays haha

it... it makes for variety. ;-;

          austin doesn't need anything to eat it, so he uses his hands becuz he's too cool for the rules.

so cliche for a cop. and i messed up on his hair. but no seriously, one day i passed by a dunkin donuts shop and the parking lot was 95% all cop cars. no kidding. it was like they were holding a party in there, it was so funny.

oh gosh I messed up on this.

well. This was supposed to be Bruney's Nujar, who's an adorable, troublemaking cop. I like him a lot, I wanted to draw more but I ran out of timmeee ;-; 

corrupt cop is cool man. 8) ok, i really really like em.

i used a ref for this, so that's why it looks ok in terms of anatomy. it's supposed to be Austin at the pier (i remember there was this scene where nick fell into the water after commenting on austin's smoking. xD it's based on that.)

besides that, i love how Sir Gaucher's design is so dad-like and strong. no like, you can tell he's a dad. so cool.

All characters belong to Bruneydog and RolfWolf. Except for Darvan, but if you come here, you should know that already. xD

I'm going to remove this little note later, but man, I can't get the time to draw this month cause I've got a deadline for schoolwork and it's super duper tight, I have to work on the weekends too instead of drawing or writing or hiking and stuff. ._. the lessons are so long and I hate them. That's not even the worst part, they even tell you: "Be sure to make time for friends and family! For fun! Exercise! Sleep! Relationships! Jobs!" Okay, but how in the world will that work when you're giving me 40 pages of lessons (seriously. That's just for one class and I've got three.) AND homework? Pssh good luck, buddy, good luck. stressss ._. 
Anyway, I'll post the December-January art post in January, just because there's not going to be much for December anyway. So for now, have this human scrap I gathered from some months ago, and some newer doodles.
                                         

                     I had a dream of Darvan planting and watering a garden quietly. it was so cute.
                   and dang man, now i know how he'd look like in real life. nice.

Although I used a ref, I messed up on this. It doesn't even look like him. Also, his necklace looks so messed up, it should've had a silver chain, so it's a silver chain and a gold crest at the end (I decided it'd have a coat of arms too to represent his powerful family. I've got to modify that part in the story I guess.)

I'm not sure if that's going to be the official design, because I might change it. I'm not good at drawing creative designs. the darker places are supposed to be engraved into the gold, and the grey places are made of silver, and there's a rare gem in the middle. high class stuff probably

Let Go Those Gray Days

Who's excited for winter? I am! um... only, we have a 90 Fahrenheit winter here... heh... um... x_x i wanna move to russia or something Oh and I got a video of the storm. it might be a bit shocking because it contradicts what the news was saying almost completely. For one, we were glad for the nice whether for a day. ;-; So, I guess everyone's prayers reached us. <3

getting halloween kicks! I decided I want to redesign the Void for my comic remake, soo whaddya guys think? I've love opinions on this! I went for a more demonic/undead/misshapen look because I decided they weren't scary enough. (is it to a PG level or...? xD) idk, but they're basically demon-horse zombies so the fleshed horses with hair I previously did don't fit that exact idea, so they're not really accurate. or scary. (of course they'd still be like shadows, but this is what they'd basically look like when they're not in cover. it's when they suck the life out of the horses they devour.)

so yeah, is it more scary or is it more stupid? xD

speaking of re-designs I also redid king Dion to be more demonic-like. *shudders* he's still super close to the original design, only maybe more undead-looking. and he still has a lot of hair because that's cool, and he's dion and he's sad. I wanted something that'd give real good nightmares to arawn, so idk if I succeeded here. xD

show me a masked horse and i'll show you a... a nice mask? :P yeah, more halloween kicks. my favorite time of year. I'm thinking of dressing Electricity up in a "belt" and taking a picture of him for halloween (not REALLY a belt, but like a shawl around his face or something so he'd be like a blue/red guard from my comic. LOL.) but idk yet.

idk if this happened, but in revising my script I thought that maybe dion indeed split into two or something. maybe he was so in character as helm that the magic he was using was affected and a "helm" was actually created/born. not a real one obviously, just, maybe grew another head on dion's soul and had his own ideas and he's the thing that helps arawn out in the end. idk.

and maybe arawn became evil in the end because a small piece of dion still didn't leave his mind. maybe he didn't kill him completely.

yay I like how this turned out for once. troublemaker sahail is blurting out his terrible-trouble plan and his dear sister is trying to convince him not to do it. also, I'm kinda debating on something. in my revised script either Lenore has to be older than Sahail or the opposite and I don't knowwww ugh it won't fit for them to be twins because then, wouldn't that mean there's a chance Lenore could have opened the portal too? I mean, they don't HAVE to have the same hoof-key, but... idk, it wouldn't be fair to lenore if they were twins. so one of them has to be 3 years.  i think i'm shooting for sahail to be older anyway, since he'll be king in the end.

Without her, he became so lost he didn't know who he was anymore.  Idk some thing where older Arawn successfully peeled off Alya from Sputnik's shoulder. :( This is how Sputnik died, I think, besides being sick. Maybe his own soul was in some way tied to Alya's? (Annnd I think this is actually Dion (now partly in Arawn's head) getting back at Sputnik (in the revised script, there is actually a good reason for Dion to hate Sputnik and to destroy him, he wants to destroy Sputnik's only reasons to live.) because now Dion lived in Arawn or something. idk, this is probably not canon.)  

Sputnik looks really cool this way though, in my opinion.

i wanted this to be humorous but it actually turned out a bit.. eugh

that was my favorite scene in the whole comic, and i can't wait to redraw it and try to make it more dramatic.
