The Rime of the Ancient Mariner Homework

Okay, so in class I had to do this story board (why the heck -- it's an English class! D:) of this poem we were supposed to read. I didn't get much of it mind you. I had to consult Shmoop to understand it.
But yeah, we were supposed to draw a storyboard so our teacher would have fun for once and not read endless papers of homework (bwhaha)
SO. I decided to post it here. (winks: easter eggs of my characters. I wanted to have extra fun with it, so I dropped them in. >;) My teacher doesn't know, but heck, at least it wasn't that bad for homework.) shh
there's even rance's mommy in there heck.
honestly i'm so sick of the poem right now, I barely want to talk about it (yeah, it took like four hours to do because the program shut down on me when i was done. but what can you do.)
I AM NOT COMMENTING ON THIS. >8( noooooo
anyway, the beginning of the poem starts with a wedding and...
no this NEVER happened if you were wondering. never. ever.
they would never and-- okay. but yeah basically i guess kenza wins this. ;-; but it's okay, because nobody was supposed to see it. xD
basically there is this stupid old man (the mariner) who i hate so much because he's a brat. and he stopped the poor dude from attending the wedding to preach his stupid story. >:(

they loved this bird and then he killed it with his crossbow (whyy? would he have a crossbow on the ship? that makes no sense. he's so old and he can't even see straight.) and they pinned it on his neck because he's so inconsiderate and a bane to mankind. sorry, i'm just so mad at the story right now. u_u

i wonder who that bloke in the coat is... hmm
idk why this is so funny to me.

here comes rance's mom and her buddy, death. and they're not happy.

darvan is so stinking mad at the old man, just like me. and i just remembered that i didn't draw bryce even though i wanted to.
basically the incompetence of the old man killed everyone.

"So, are you a ghost? I'm afraid!"
old man: blahblahsd;flsjdflksdflsdkfskldfksldmvcxlvojiwsRAAAHHH
i probably shouldn't post this.

and so the brat was alone and everyone (including darvan ;-;) died.

its zombie ivan.
they're pulling on ropes and two zombies are backbiting the old man. like me.

*sniffles* so they were angels with red glows. not zombies. and they left and they sang a good song.

and so the brat went home and died. the end.
actually he confessed to this friar person i actually forgot.

i just hope i get full grade. well i'd better. >:(
ok but this is a trash post, so please ignore it.

Adam and Eve

Gah, I've had this idea for two human characters that I couldn't get out of my head!
The lady is Ava (I was kinda thinking of making her some sort of criminal... but I've yet to work on her backstory. Anything right now is really just loose ideas.) And the dude is Gabriel. (I was thinking on making him a moderate-ranking military guy she captures and holds in exchange for weapons and she tortures him for info but then they team up. Idk. somehow)

(scrap idea) Ava has friends in many places and they get her info or something. i also dont think this is canon or whatever.
in this case it's two girls from some eastern-based islands.
i wonder who else can read my trashy handwriting in another language. e_e
just to clarify, i myself can barely read my own handwriting.

you know, those summer days. xD
apparently joining the bad guys ain't for free people.
ok this is cliche. xD but at least its not a brand.

she's pretty mean

I think her parents were are type that believe that girls were born to be married and have kids (her ma has 13 children. Ava is the oldest kid i think.) and her dad wants her to find a rich guy because they are poor lower class.
I think she also goes to jail for one reason or another. and there is a fat security guard who ridicules  her by taunting with the keys. lol

____________
The top ones are early ideas/designs.
I decided I wanna write a book with a cool female lead who kicks everyone's butts who isn't a whiny brat or stuck-up jerk or just... y'know, like most of those female protagonists you find out there. I don't know if I'm that good, but there's one way to find out if I can write something like this. Now I just need to think some good ideas.
Birdie is Ava's best bud and partner in crime. and she's a whole lot more serious too

______________________________
these next are random ideas, they have nothing to do with the top ones at all.

I had this idea for a "Special Unit" who are really just these guys they messed with and re-wired their brains and stuck in some metal parts so that they're actually human-machine cyborg things.
this one in particular is special or something. idk. and the daughter of his employer (right) has a crush on him or something. the little girl on the left wants him to save her family from the landlord (they didn't get enough money for rent that month) D:
and he has no idea what the heck those people want.
(xD branch off from my old comic baasits really. haha. idk.)

she's a brat, yes.

Cute foals and fun trails

Wow, it's been a long time since I've done a personal update. But anyways, here it is. This past week's been crazy! The following pictures were taken by my big brother when we went hiking on a trail last week. We hope to do it again soon, it was TONS of fun. Oh, and if you're not interested in trails or silly things like that, skip to the end. There's an adorable surprise there. ;)
(I'm going to update this post with videos later, it's late atm and I gtg sleep after I post this. xD)

Behold the Florida swamplands.

;-; if the water wasn't dirty and full of alligators, I'd wish I lived here.

Okay, I'm not sure if I said this before, but last year, Zahra broke the fence and escaped. I knew she was pregnant after a while because she just kept bloating. Annndd look who arrived this morning! (July 22nd. It's her birthday. ;-;)

she's so sweet and smol.

and apparently our pasture is waterlogged.

her and her mommy and her older sis (Pecan) in the back (Idk if anyone remembers, but the older pictures of Pecan were so small... look at her now! [ok, she's too far. but it's not her birthday today. u_u])

I don't think anyone was expecting our little fella in the middle of this post. xD haha!
he just shed his pretty tail feathers and it's a weight off his back.

Seriously, I'm so mad at that wagon.

I gotta say, she got so skinny after she gave birth. But hopefully she'll shape up soon.
this was after a rainstorm and the birthday girl was playing and jumping in the rain.

This is my favorite picture so far. So beautiful. (of course, my brother took it.)

The Shams meets The Rance

So Kenza and I were talking over a little skit. xD Her harr coughs character, Shams, meets my idiotic Rance. So I wrote a little story (and it turned out so long... O_o) and drew some minis. okay anyways. :P
And then there's Kenza's character Fariza too. xD

one is a stupid flirt and the other doesn't care about a thing. except coffee xD
hmm braids. >:)
this is stupid sorry. ;-;
don't judge my car-drawing skills, they're bad, I know. xD
and Shams don't want anything to do with this.
i forgot the music symbols, but there's supposed to be music pouring out of the limo. xD
if he was actually considerate and didn't purposely dump it on the poor driver.

this is so stupid, i'm sorry. x'D this is what ranciodo was thinking about in his head. obviously his mom read him too many witch bedtime stories as a kid.

The story:

Shams had had enough of Fariza's nagging. It was her fault she was late and yet he was still the one who was blamed for her not getting home on time. Was he ever going to be in trouble. The limousine zoomed through the streets, causing quite a commotion in traffic. Not that Shams was concerned, though. He only had his mind on his work, with music and Fariza blaring in the background. He didn't want to listen to her. After all, he wasn't being paid to put up with her, he was just paid to drive her around and get her home to Daddy. Daddy's little girl, and she was in the seat right next to him, to make things worse. Her voice all but a blur to his ears as he flicked his dark hair back and adjusted his sunglasses while sliding the wheel over. He reached across to pull the lever to adjust gears, and the limo went faster. "Shams. SHAMS!" Fariza's voice finally made its way into his eardrum, pounding inside all of a sudden, grating and loud. "What did you do?!"
He raised an eyebrow from behind the dark sunglasses, not getting what she meant. Abruptly, the limo felt light. It was as if on air... and it was! The vehicle was indeed, defying all logic, flying! Fast, free, and... and just downright flying?! Shams stepped on the brakes, thinking it was his own imagination -- maybe he shouldn't have drank all that coffee this morning! Wait... does coffee...? No. No! It was really flying! "Stop this thing Shams, what is wrong with the limo!?" Fariza exploded. Then Shams remembered the lever. He looked down. He'd pulled the wrong lever! This one wasn't for the gears. He hadn't recalled seeing it before. As fast as it had begun, the flying stopped. The limousine was floating now, just gently, slowly, coming to a stop and landing on a mountain ledge. The engine suddenly went out, and with it the music. Shams automatically toned out Fariza's angry words and tried to re-start the car multiple times, but to no avail. He cursed in his head and opened the door to step out. "Are you even listening to me!?" Fariza exclaimed as he slammed the door shut and walked out. This was a strange place. They'd suddenly arrived at... a mountain top?
"I think we're lost. This isn't the way back home." Shams said, mostly to himself (but to Fariza too), "Ugh, your dad could fire me!"
"He'd have a right to!" She replied, stepping out of the car, "You got us into this! Now, have you figured out where we are?"
Shams removed his sunglasses slowly, and turned around. The air was slightly tight, but the sky was blue and the clouds were defined. The sun was hot.
"Ugh! Get the car started and get us back home, Shams!" Fariza said, "See what happens when you go over the speed limit?!"
"It's not the speed limit, the lever in the car did that. I think." Shams said while trying to start the car again. "The engine's dead."
"Of course it would." Fariza scoffed, leaning on the limo, "I mean, we practically were going at three hundred miles an hour through the air. I'm not surprised. You finally ruined the limo permanently!"
"Call your dad and tell him what happened so he won't kill me for being late."
But Fariza had already tried, and there was no service in the area, to make things worse.
"Yeah." Shams simply said, pocketing the keys and scratching the back of his head. "Looks like we're stranded."
"Where, exactly?"
"I don't know. But we won't find out anything just standing here, right?" he started walking towards the ledge. Fariza blinked and took off after him. There appeared to be what looked like a ship behind the clouds, parked on the mountain. "You think there's someone there who could help us?" The girl asked, shielding her eyes from the sun. "It looks like... some weird type of ship."
Shams shrugged and put on his sunglasses again. He wished he could have saved at least some coffee in the car. Walking by itself was boring and flavor-less. And he had the nagging girl at his heels, if that wasn't enough. They were still aways from the ship when a tall man passed right in front of them, carrying firewood.
"Excuse me," Fariza said to the stranger, pulling on Shams's sleeve to stop him, "My chauffeur and I are lost. Can you help us?"
The stranger, who appeared to be about six foot five, had black hair tied in a long ponytail and striking green eyes, smiled. "Oh! You two must be our awaited guests!"
Shams raised an eyebrow again. Really? "Are you serious?" he said.
"Sure. Sure I'm serious." the stranger smirked, "I'm always serious! You two... um wear weird clothes and you look weird, so you must be the awaited guests! Uhh... the girl-witch and the broom!"
"Wait, what?" Fariza had never looked so confused, "What do you mean?"
"Ah, M'lady!" The stranger did a little bow, "Your beauty far surpasses any I've seen, even at your young age. Fine lady. Well it's great to see you after so long!"
Fariza and Shams exchanged puzzled glances. What in the world was wrong with this man? They were sure neither of them have ever met him.
"Oh, I'm Rance by the way." The man said, taking Fariza's hand suddenly and shaking it. "I'm the First Elite from the Scavenger, if you've heard of it."
The girl shook her head, still confused.  Shams sighed. So much for wanting to find help.
"No? No? Ah. Alright. You're from a different land after all, I can't expect you to know everything. So how did you get here, if I may ask?"
"Our limo flew through the sky," Fariza said. "It sounds crazy, but it's true. Shams likes to go fast. He never listens to me. But he's the son of the Light Power, so."
"Ah sure, that makes sense." Rance smiled. Though he didn't really understand what she meant. What in the world was a limo? Oh! She probably meant Shams, her broom, likes going fast and somehow bought her here! Ah, alright, that does makes sense then.
"Look, if you're not going to help us, we might as well find someone who will." Shams said sternly. "I should have brought her home ten minutes ago."
"Ah, the broom speaks, Miss?" Rance asked. "Splendid! Can you turn him back into an actual broom? You flew on him here, right? And now you turned him into a person so you won't be lonely?"
"I-I'm not a witch, actually." Fariza said, "I'm--"
"He looks sturdy! How long do you usually fly before he gives out?"
Shams was utterly offended, but he didn't show it. After all, this guy looked like he was stupid, so why should he care? He would have taken it rather well too, if the firewood didn't come clanking down on him. "I want to make sure you can turn into a broom." was the only explanation. "Ah... tea anyone?"

Fariza woke up to sunlight tickling her nose through her silk fuchsia curtains. She was in bed, and judging by the time, late for breakfast. "What an odd dream." she thought to herself. She fixed the bed, changed, and padded sleepily through the doorway. When she arrived to the table after washing up, she found Shams sipping his coffee, as usual, and her dad eating. After exchanging good mornings around the table (with Shams only mumbling, of course), Fariza settled into a chair as Naomi handed her a mug of cocoa. She decided she was not going to mention the strange dream, especially because Shams probably wouldn't care. "How many levers does the limo have, Shams?" she asked, lifting the mug to her lips. The chauffeur downed the rest of his cup and re-filled it. "That's a stupid question. Are you sure you're asking the right thing? Or are you asking because you want me to drive on the slowest speed -- as slow as you are?"
"Something like that, yeah." Fariza grinned, "I was thinking we need to buy a limo that has only one speed -- 30 MPH at most. That way, we won't have to worry about the limo flying and you getting buried in firewood."
While Fariza's dad let out a good laugh, Shams frowned indifferently and continued sipping his black coffee. Heavens, the patience it takes to put up with this girl.

o that May post

Wow look. My first post of May and it's another garbage excerpt. :/ bummer
i'm putting this at the bottom so that it won't pop in everyone's faces when they read my blog. xD So the June-July art post is above it! :) I hope to post more in June. not spam-post, but y'know, like, more posts. So, May. This month was crazy. I got a ton of school down and stuff, so now I have Summer Break for a while.
And another important thing this month -- this dork
