pressed for time

Horse art for the months of April and May:

I spent a couple of days on the background. bleh and its still ugly as usual. :/ anyways this is The Protector tree, which I think I briefly mentioned in my comic. c: It sits in the center of the valley and was their "hq" you could say? yeah something like that.

my shading sucks.

wise words from Uncle Dion. dang. i like him a lot as uncle D, but he's never going to how up in the comic as Uncle. :( but hey maybe when I finish SotS I can draw the prologue, and it has him in there. :) then it'd be a full story!

Redrawing of the Arawn on magic water thingy. Actually, this is what is inside the portal once they get through (IF they get through muahaha! >:D) 

A younger (4-5 yr.) Helm who probably got embarrassed when he accidentally hit an Elder while training with his Red Guard buddies (of course before he became Captain. xD) idk just wanted to draw him being cute for once. ;-; he's not the type to be embarrassed for anything.

Sputniiik. I didn't even try on the pose, meh. I suck at anything that's related to rearing. ._.

He and Helm are pretty much my favorite characters in the comic. im not even supposed to have favorites heck im the author ;-; They're so fun to draw, and well by the end, it'll get pretty tight between them. >;) 

I used a visual ref for this one because I had to hone my anatomy skills so. ;-; it's Sputnik with switched colors (white coat, black curse mark C:)

progress and a half-rearing one i used a visual again but  didn't finish. 

well this is actually kinda old but I don't think I put it on the blog? yeah

i love how exactly all of the voters on my poll (including myself even though i shouldn't have favs) voted on Sputnik. it makes me happy. ;-; 

Heheehee... transformation! >:) Sputnik in Arawn's dream morphed into King Dion, and it kinda went like this. idk just wanted to animate something simple, i'm probably not going to finish this.

The brothers as itty bitty little foals! :D Arawn is a year older than Sahail (and more mature u_u). I also wanted to throw in Lenore, since she's their sister (and Sahail's twin) but meh i'm so lazy. this was meant to be a soothing sketch and it took me about seven minutes. I'm getting real busy to draw much-- again. :( May is in the air, and so is my blasted mega-test. and horsie rides for the weekends in the evenings, which I usually take as my computer time. ahh. well you gotta do what you gotta do... I guess. 

i like how sahail's little braid turned out. xD His braid is always super long. ooh and Arawn's feather was too big for him, but he eventually grew into it. :)

helm tied up so now he can't do anything (because of the curse-sickness thing) hehe. its a little spoiler, but i guess it was obvious? 

get the guard out of the way then you can reach the target. >:)

My excuse is that I did it for the freckles. because freckles are cute.

i decided to make Volke a criminal, like maybe a highway robber. xD i might change it, but he's going to turn out to be a bad guy anyway.

now that i look at it i think it's a bit too messy. :/

2 minute helm sketch that turned out so ugly

Volke's sidekick concept sketch that took like ten minutes. i didn't finish it though

again for my old comic. according to my script on that, there were actually two titans and this one (with the eyepatch which i didn't draw here) was the good one. the one who's telling the story is the bad one, that's why he's so confused. xD meh it was stupid tbh.

Stayne, Knave of Hearts in horse version because I can't draw humans. Yeah I watched AiW. The Disney one. Stayne was actually the best character in my opinion. he's a creep and he's evil but I kinda liked him. i was rooting for him. xD secretly i wanted him to overthrow the queen and become the king of hearts but well. i guess it kinda happens in the end? lol i feel bad for him.

so proud of him. ;-; oh and I also cut his mane a while ago and it kinda stood up and looks real nice on him. my brother suggested that the forelock makes him look cute so i kept it. 

his blanket sucks but both me and my brother are saving our money for hay (and spent most of it on his new saddle there...) so we decided we'll buy a new saddle pad once we have more money. xD

I am tempted to think that looks like an Arabian profile kinda. maybe. i think he has some Arabian in him but the guy who sold him to us never said. ._. and Zahra looks like she's takin' a stroll back there. xD

And as a bonus, when my big brother came back home from work, he took me out riding!

We took Zahra and Electricity. I went on Electricty, and my brother took Zahra. We switched on the way back. We then cantered them home and the end. ._.

Because of a Mistake

I've been so stressed out in school this week. ._. and my parents' nagging. And just family issues in general + school issues. Oh, and pet issues. Major pet issues. Everything really. xD Okay yeah, but the point is I haven't been drawing too much lately. Hopefully that'll change soon. <:)  I've been saving these ever since the last human dump (I think it was in January? idk it was a long time ago though.) I'm so bad at humans, and they're so ugly and oh gosh I don't even. :/ oh well.

It's Ivan from my story. ;-; i hate how this turned out. and yeah this is a spoiler. >;) I wonder who was the victim though... D:

xD at one point in the story, Samantha stalks him because she thinks he's weird. This is the look he'd give her. lol. and i can't draw hands. but i'm so proud of his expression for a change. <:')

(actually i was kinda inspired by that part in Macbeth when you see blood that isn't there, so Ivan looks at his hands a little more than he should.)

this is... well, Admiral Mordred (35-36 yrs) from my super old story Horror Gaze. this is about a month old, i think. I was inspired by an assignment in class where we had to interpret a character's personality by reading some dialogue from an excerpt (i love those. ;-;) so, well it kinda inspired me to create a deeper personality that you could figure out just by looking at the character or reading some dialogue. I don't think I nailed it though. :P

but dang, i miss this guy. 

o this is supposed to be me. xD me and my bros were discussing old-time pirates and we decided my big brother would be Captain (;-;) I'm first mate, and the others are deck hands. lol. so.

we said we'd have those huge cannons and bombard other ships and take hostages and have an island lair where we'd stash everything. idk it was stupid. xD

I'd have a happy face bandana. xD

my dumb character Rance in his trusty formal uniform. he thinks he's handsome. xD

more comics (that didn't really happen) from my october story (which I now not proudly call Deceive and Conquer). this is what i do when i don't feel like doing anything at all.

sorry I keep posting junk, it's just that I've been so busy lately I haven't been able to do much art. :/ So I guess an excerpt is better than nothing? (Besides, I've been dying to introduce new characters! Even if my writing and everything sucks and is boring.) I gtg right after I post this so. I hope I'll have some art done soon though! <:)

that would be the short version, but there wouldn't be a story in this case. ._. although it would be cool. actually just dumb.

Ivan (The Hawk) who is 6 feet with a Russian name coughs and is blonde and not a nice guy. Vanera (The Shrike) who is also blonde and probably the shortest character in the story (she makes good use of it though and its perfect for her job so shes real happy) Oh, and she likes yelling.
